Frankly, we’re exhausted and tired of cooking the same staple meals over and over again. Trying new recipes during the menopause years will definitely help spice things up!
Just because we’re going through menopause, perimenopause, premenopause doesn’t mean it’s time to throw in the towel or never pick it up. Whether just starting on a path to better physical health or trying again, it’s never too late to improve.
When you’ve struggled with trying to lose weight and keep it off your whole life, it’s understandable to feel hopeless. However, weight loss success stories of middle-aged people losing weight and keep it off abound. Shedding pounds during menopause is possible, we’ve got this!
During the menopause years, how we deal with various issues, mentally, matters. One day we can muster up enough strength to defeat anything life throws our way. The next day, we just want to curl up in fetal position and accept defeat.
We’re closing in on the retirement years, it’s important to consider finances. We’re so fortunate to live in a day and age where so many opportunities and paths to achieving financial goals exist!
